Ozzy Osbourne has a very busy 2020 ahead of him with a new album on the way and resuming touring after spending 2019 recuperating from various injuries and health issues, and among the things he has planned is a song with Elton John.
Wife/manager Sharon Osbourne mentioned the Sir Elton collaboration during yesterday's (January 7) episode of CBS' The Talk when they asked her what Ozzy had in store for 2020. Sharon said, "There is new music and it's great. He's got his friends playing on it. He’s doing a song with Elton [John]. There is so much good stuff."
Sharon didn't get into the details on the song or whether it's attached to any specific project.
Ozzy and John worked together back in 2011 on Gnomeo & Juliet, an animated film that was produced by John's production company Rocket Films. Ozzy voiced a character in the film named Fawn.
Monday on "The Talk" the hosts share a snippet of Ozzy Osbourne's newly released music video for his new song "Straight to Hell." Carrie Ann Inaba asks Sharon, "Fans have been waiting for his first new solo release since 2010, so Sharon, what does 2020 have in store for Ozzy?"
